Email contact

Our domain and email are managed through STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you email us, we process your address, message, any name and attachments supplied, and technical email data to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general correspondence and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries. The email link opens your email application; you decide whether to send the message. STRATO privacy information.

Fonts, cookies and embedded content

Anton and Inter fonts and the images are served with the website; Google Fonts is not contacted. Our supplied page code contains no analytics or advertising scripts, contact forms, newsletters, social plugins or embedded video players. The code does not set cookies or store your language choice on your device. The language is determined by the page address.

External links

Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Herzsicheres Taxa are ordinary links. The destination opens when you click a link, and its provider’s privacy information applies there. These links do not automatically give us access to your accounts.

Retention and recipients

Personal data is processed for no longer than necessary for the stated purposes. Messages are deleted when the enquiry is resolved, unless retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require otherwise. Technical operational data is subject to necessary security and operational purposes and applicable service-provider agreements.
